DreamCatchers COVID19 Update
DreamCatchers will continue to operate with the best interests of our participants, volunteers and horses in mind.
DreamCatchers is closed to all activity until further notice.
DreamCatchers Keeps Participant Safety in Mind
So far, the individuals who were exposed to the COVID+ person have not developed any symptoms. VERY good news for all concerned. That said, I have decided for DreamCatchers safety and peace of mind for all that we will not open until May 9th at the earliest, and then only for current participants. Current participants will be contacted when the schedule is open again.
We will stay with our guidelines previously published: no participants whohave family in healthcare or other high-risk fields, no one who has been exposed to anyone who either potentially has the virus or has been diagnosed until two full weeks with no symptoms have passed, and we will open fully to the public when Lincoln/Lancaster County has ZERO cases for two weeks.
I know this may seem a little extreme to some, but since we know so little about what this virus truly does, I feel much better erring on the side of caution. Thank you for continuing to believe in the Dream! We will see you all soon!
